The following is a list of the 2007 NASCAR races from the NEXTEL Cup, Busch Series, and Craftsman Truck Series, along with their venues.

NEXTEL Cup

✚ - David Gilliland won the Daytona 500 Pole Position, qualifying on time. Ricky Rudd was runner up in time, and thus in accordance with Daytona 500 positioning, was locked in to start on the "outside" of the front row.

- ^ The naming rights for NASCAR races are typically sold to companies to advertise in the sport. These rights are frequently resold to different buyers, sometimes yearly, so the event names change. The names listed here are those for the 2007 season.
- ^ During post-race inspection, it was discovered that Jeff Gordon's car was one inch too low due to misaligned bolts on a shock absorber. Gordon kept the win, but as a result started 42nd in the 2007 Daytona 500.
- ^ Severe thunderstorms forced the cancellation of qualifying. In these cases, NASCAR uses owner points to determine the pole sitter. As of the Goody's Cool Orange 500 at Martinsville Speedway on April 1st, Rick Hendrick's #24 car was ranked first in owner points. The #24 is driven by Jeff Gordon.
- ^ 59th pole of Gordon's career, tying him with Darrell Waltrip for fourth on the all-time pole winner's list.
- ^ With this win, Jeff Gordon tied Dale Earnhardt for 6th in all-time Cup wins at 76 victories.
- ^ David Gilliland tied Gordon's qualifying speed of 192.069 mph. Qualifying rules indicate that in the case of a tie the pole goes to the driver with the highest Cup point standing, which at this point in the 2007 season, was Gordon.

As of the Lenox Industrial Tools 300 at New Hampshire International Speedway on July 1st, Rick Hendrick's #24 car was ranked first in owner points. The #24 is driven by Jeff Gordon. This was the second rain-canceled qualifying which placed Gordon on the pole this year.

- ^ Denny Hamlin replaced Almirola under caution between laps 58 and 62. Hamlin took the checkers, but under NASCAR Busch Series rules, the driver who starts the race gets credit for the start, all points acrued, and the finish. Thus, while Hamlin took the checkers, Almirola is officially recorded as the winner.
